►Overall in-charge of the accounting and administrative operations of the Company. Report to the management regarding the finances of the Company.
►Formulate and implement office policies and procedures for the entire operations of the Company.
►Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and in conformity to reporting and general accepted accounting principle (GAAP) acceptable to the United States.
►Prepare company budget and monitoring budget versus actual expenses.
►Performs General Ledger posting, reconciliation, prepare balance sheet schedule on a monthly basis, such as preparation of Fixed assets lapsing schedule, pre-payments, accruals of expenses. Compiles Financial Statements in conformity with auditor’s requirements.
►Calculate CNMI and federal government taxes on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Prepares individual and corporate income tax returns for the Company. Responds to CNMI Revenue and IRS letters and prepares necessary documents needed to correct and comply tax filing.
►Prepares recommendations to the top management, with regards to meeting company budget, cost cutting measures, and help in the implementation of company set policies.
